● Mid Career Apprenticeship in Commercial Cookery ( Chef)
   - If you are 30yrs or more, work in a suitable kitchen with
   suitable menu, you may be entitled to do an
   Apprenticeship as a chef under the mid career
   apprenticeship incentive. The federal government will give
   you or your employer (depending on pay structure) $7800
   in the first year, and $5200 in the second year to entice
   more people into Mid Career Apprenticeships.. This is
   ideal for the many unqualified cooks already working in
